'4-30 Day' Shows Designers the Ease and Speed of Using World's Lowest Power MCUs from TI

DALLAS, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Serving the requirements of low-power measurement applications, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) has announced plans for "4-30 Day," a free two-hour lunch-and-learn event to be held at 100 locations worldwide beginning April 30. The 2004 event, hosted by TI distributors worldwide, shows designers first-hand how they can save development time and power in their embedded applications by making the change to the MSP430 16-bit RISC microcontroller unit (MCU) family. MSP430 experts will demonstrate how the MCU family enables system designers to simultaneously interface to analog signals, sensors and digital components while maintaining unmatched low power. Attendees will also see how MSP430 development tools and other resources can help them easily start using the devices.
In addition to the two-hour session and lunch, attendees will receive a free retro watch, featuring the latest MSP430 device. Dates and locations for "4-30 Day" events are as follows:
