Digital Learning Management to Open New Office and Move Back-End Support to China

Digital Learning Management Corporation (OTC BB: DGTL), a provider of enterprise hardware and software applications to the education industry, announced today that it is planning to open a new office in China via a Joint Venture (JV). The company will also move its back-end support to China in an effort to provide increased service and support to existing and future clients.
