Catalyst Semiconductor Schedules News Release/Conference Call to Discuss Fiscal Third Quarter 2004 Financial Results

Catalyst Semiconductor (Nasdaq:CATS) announced today that it will report its fiscal third quarter 2004 financial results following the close of regular trading on Thursday, February 26, 2004.
