Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) -- Frank Moody, CEO, has been featured in an interview with Wallstreetreporter.com. During his interview, Mr. Moody stated that, "The Company has recently signed a technical partnership agreement with (a major carrier) and will begin marketing the CyberTracker and its software on April 1st."
In his interview, Mr. Moody discussed ongoing negotiations with domestic GSM network cellular carriers. "In addition to American carriers, we are negotiating with several GSM network carriers in Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East."
