Cisco Systems Hosts ''Tech Talk for Investors'' Educational Webcast Cisco IP Interoperability and Collaboration System (IPICS)

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) will host another session of its "Tech Talk for Investors" webcasts, with corresponding slide presentation, on Thursday, March 23, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. PT.

Please join Shah Talukder, General Manager, as he discusses how Cisco IPICS connects isolated networks fundamentally changing how public safety agencies are able to respond to emergency situations. Shah will also explain how IPICS technology is well suited for many vertical markets and represents an exciting emerging market opportunity for Cisco. Following a brief presentation, a question & answer session will be held with Steve Kamman of CIBC Worldmarkets.

No previously unannounced issues will be discussed in this webcast.
