Event Focuses on Mideast Music

Mar. 23--The Sounds of Solace will perform Middle Eastern dance music with musicians Tim Rayborn and Ruben van Rompaey at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Nightlight Lounge, 211 E. Chestnut St. Also appearing are local belly dancers Blond Ambition and Indigo.

The ensemble will offer workshops with local belly dance troupe Indigo next Wednesday. Details: bastet firebelly@hotmail.com.
