"From channel relations, public relations, to account planning, salesforce.com and the AppExchange have fulfilled many of our business needs and made RadiSys a more nimble organization with the ability to more quickly and strategically respond to leads, customers, channel partners, and internally."
In addition to salesforce.com CRM, RadiSys is deploying the following applications from the AppExchange directory:

RadiSys has also used AppExchange Builder to create and launch two unique on-demand applications built with the AppExchange platform, including:

Information is automatically uploaded into the application. -- Sales Trip Reports -- tracks specifics of the trips and visits made by sales account executives. Managed details include purpose, costs, location, contacts, and outcome.
"Prior to implementing salesforce.com, RadiSys had 80 percent of leads in a raw stage for over 30 days. Now, we've achieved 100% improvement in the process of contacting and qualifying leads.
