Fonix Hands-Free Dialing Solution for the Automotive Market Demonstrated at 3GSM World Congress

Fonix(R) Corp. (OTCBB: FNIX), an international provider of leading speech interface solutions, will demonstrate the hands-free dialing component of the Fonix AutoSuite(TM) speech solution at 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France, Feb. 23-26. ¶ Today's automakers require a solution platform that can provide a wide range of interface functionality. The Fonix AutoSuite works as a voice-enabled interface inside a car for conveniently controlling and managing systems like navigation, climate control, Internet and cell phone access, and multimedia systems. ¶ The Fonix AutoSuite is designed as a component system, which allows an integrator to mix and match components as required for the customer. The Fonix AutoSuite speech interface solution is modular, which makes it easily available today for processors such as Motorola PPC 51/5200, Hitachi SH-4, Intel XScale(TM) and X86, running on operating systems like QNX(TM), Linux and WINCE(TM). The Fonix AutoSuite comprises a hands-free dialer, navigation, radio, CD/MD, climate controls, e-mail and Internet access.
