Seamless Wi-Fi to Hold Contest to Name the Next Generation Portable Computing &Amp; Communications Device

Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB: SLWF) announced today that it will conduct a contest to 'Name the Next Generation Portable Computing & Communications Device' that will begin April 4, 2006, when the company will announce the site contestants can use to register to receive the rules and contest entry submission form. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM, May 15th, 2006, and the winners will be announced on May 30, 2006.

As filed in an 8K on March 20, 2006, and stated in the March 21, 2006, Press Release, Seamless acquired the patent rights to ED.1 (Entertainment Device One). The ED.1 won the "Best of Innovations" award at the 2002 Consumer Electronics Show, and the company needs a new name for the next iteration of the device, which is expected to launch this summer. The current version of the ED.1 is a portable entertainment device and full-fledged computer measuring only 5" x 4" x 2" and weighing less than 12 ounces that offers an MP3 player, a gaming console and a full-fledged computer when the integrated keyboard is unfolded. The keyboard offers almost full-size keyboard functionality and ergonomics. Seamless is working with the inventors to add secure wireless internet and voice communications capability to the device and integrate Seamless' breakthrough Secure Private Network (SPN) layer technology into the ED.1, which offers private networking, FIPS-compliant encryption and peer-to-peer communication through proxies and firewalls.

The top ten finalists will each receive upon launch a < new product name > loaded with the equivalent of one year's prepaid communications services, and the grand prize winner will receive upon launch five < new product name > 's for themselves, friends and/or family with the equivalent of one year's prepaid communications services.

The contest is open to all, there is no limit on the number of entries, the name must be able to be trademarked, and in the case of duplicate entries, and the prize will go to the first person submitting the winning name.
