Spider Technologies, Inc. Signs Exclusive Distribution and Marketing Agreement With Artists Innovations, Inc.

Spider Technologies, Inc., a company partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC: EMXC), today announces they have signed an exclusive distribution and marketing agreement to sell artificial intelligent products, technologies, and services provided and developed by Spider Technologies, Inc. Artists Innovations will license and sell robots and bots developed by Spider Technologies, Inc.
