'Morons Can Tell Apples From iPods'

EVEN "a moron in a hurry" could tell the difference between The Beatles' Apple record label and Apple Computers' iTunes, a lawyer told the High Court yesterday.
Anthony Grabiner rejected Apple Corps' claim that the iPod computer company had broken an agreement not to market music.
Lord Grabiner said "distribution of digital entertainment content" was permitted to Apple Computer.
Apple Corps is suing Apple Computer to force them to drop the apple logo from the iTunes Music Store and asking for damages.
Lord Grabiner added that the iTunes system was helping beat music piracy on the internet.
He said: "Apple has been able to persuade every major provider to distribute through iTunes, but not Apple Corps in relation to the Beatles catalogue - they may have missed out on that."
Later Judge Edward Mann - an iPod owner - stopped Lord Grabiner from explaining Apple Computer's iLife software to him. He said: "I've got it and I use it."
The case in London continues.
