Cisco to Present WebWorks Solution at Content Management Strategies Conference

Quardralay Corporation today announced that premiere customer Cisco will be presenting alongside them at the upcoming Content Management Strategies Conference in San Francisco, California, from April 3-5, 2006.
The session, entitled, "WebWorks Transforms the Delivery of Cisco's Customer Facing Documents," will illustrate how Cisco and Quadralay successfully updated and replaced an aging content-management and publication system with a new, up-to-date system. Cisco's original system was designed and implemented in 1998 and lacked the efficiency and scale needed in today's fast-paced business environment. The new system, designed and configured by Cisco and WebWorks Professional Services, uses the latest versions of leading authoring, content-management, and publication software and allows content providers to proof their online content, check content into and out of content-management, and publish the content as PDFs and to cisco.com.
The presentation will illustrate the process of migrating from the legacy system to the new system, the increased efficiency of modern processes, and how these have afforded Cisco the flexibility necessary to make use of upcoming technologies in future publications.
