-- Sueltz was most recently Executive Vice President of Sun
Services at Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW).
-- Previously, she was Executive Vice President and General
Manager of Sun's Software Systems Group, having joined Sun
in 1999.
-- Sueltz was ranked in 2000 as on of the 50 Most Powerful
Women in Business by Fortune Magazine.
-- Sueltz is on the board of directors of Delphi Automotive
Systems and of Amgen Inc.
