Sprint Keeping City Call Center

Sprint Corp. is changing the way it operates 22 of its call centers around the world, but the Sprint PCS center in Rio Rancho will not be facing any changes.
Sprint announced Feb. 4 that it was turning over operation of 22 call centers to IBM Global Services in a effort to cut costs.
