UC4 Software Launches Customer Advisory Team; UC4:Global Users Will Offer Direct User Feedback To Guide Job Scheduling Product Strategy & Direction

UC4 Software, Inc., a leading provider of job scheduling solutions, today announced the launch of its Customer Advisory Team (CAT), a forum for customers to discuss product direction, feature requests, and other topics with UC4 executives. The first meeting of the CAT took place in January at UC4's New York headquarters, and included representatives from OfficeMax, Air Products, Energy East, Summit Information Systems, and VHA Inc. ¶"As a customer-oriented company, it makes sense for the development of our job scheduler, UC4:global, to directly reflect the needs and wants of our active customer base. And nobody understands the product better than the users themselves," commented Mark Loehr, Chief Operating Officer of UC4 Software. "The CAT reinforces our commitment to making the voice of our customers a direct influence on product strategy."¶ The CAT will meet every six months, with monthly discussions, and will continue to grow to include new members of the UC4:global user community.
