China Plans 30 New Sci-Tech Business Parks

China plans to build 30 science and technology parks by 2010, the Shenzhen Daily said Friday.

The move will bring the total number of such technology incubators to 80, officials said.

The Ministry of Science and Technology said that, so far, about 5,000 businesses have been set up in the country’s 50 existing parks.
