New FaxCore Integration Server Ideal Platform For .NET Developers and Independent Software Vendors to Fax-Enable Applications

Posted on: Monday, 24 April 2006, 09:01 CDT

FaxCore Corporation, a provider of fax and document server automation solutions, today announced a new fax integration solution geared to Microsoft .NET application developers and independent software vendors (ISVs). The new FaxCore Integration Server (FIS) includes a single-server license, .NET Software Development Kit (SDK), SQL-compliant database, SMTP e-mail integration, supports up to 25 users and is bundled with a print to fax printer driver. The FaxCore Integration Server, which runs on a single PC, supports a maximum of 24 channels and is competitively priced against similar developer-centric fax integration solutions.

"Our new FIS option gives developers and ISVs an all-encompassing tool to add fax server functionality to applications," said Tom Linhard, Director of Channel Sales for FaxCore, Inc.

According to Michael Lonsway, VP Consulting Services at Dapasoft, this new fax integration platform from FaxCore is a perfect fit for the company's custom software development and systems integration services. "FaxCore is a natural choice for our custom software solutions, since it is built from the ground up based on Microsoft .NET technologies," he said. "FaxCore's ease-of-use and programmability enables us to seamlessly integrate fax functionality into our clients' business applications."

FaxCore Integration Server in Action

FaxCore partners InfoCube AB and Datema AB, both based in Sweden, have already optimized the FaxCore Integration Server to fax-enable their respective clients' applications. InfoCube worked with Jeeves Information Systems AB, a developer of business systems for medium-sized companies within the manufacturing, retail and server sectors, to integrate FaxCore into the company's flagship product - Jeeves Enterprise. In addition, Datema has integrated fax capabilities from FaxCore into an ERP solution from Scala.

FaxCore provides small- and medium-size businesses (SMBs) and enterprise-class operations with a powerful, Web-based solution to centralize, control, and manage all types of fax communications and streamline business processes. Its intuitive, browser-based interface enables users to send and receive faxes with the same convenience of e-mail.
