ABBYY USA and Fujitsu Strengthen Relationship With Launch of ABBYY's Partner Education Program

ABBYY USA today announced its new Partner Education program with the program's first document scanning affiliate, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA). Fujitsu now offers ABBYY's recognition technology with its ScanSnap(TM) S500 document scanner. ABBYY's partner education program offers Fujitsu scanner dealers opportunities to expand its product offerings by pairing them with award-winning OCR and PDF conversion software.

ABBYY's Partner Education program signifies its expanded commitment to the company's hardware partners by helping them increase the cross-sell opportunities between its scanner products and ABBYY's software. A customized reseller kit will be available May 1, 2006. The program features product trainings, webinars and a not-for-resale package of either ABBYY FineReader Corporate Edition(R) or ABBYY PDF Transformer(TM), technical support resources, marketing collateral support, and lead referrals, among other benefits.
