NAVTEQ(R) Map Data Selected By ObjectFX for Suite of Software Applications

CHICAGO, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NAVTEQ , a leading global provider of digital map data for location-based solutions and vehicle navigation, has been selected by ObjectFX(R) Corporation to provide map data for its suite of software applications North America, Europe and World Markets.

ObjectFX geospatial solutions allow customers to leverage location as a strategic asset, enabling better business decisions and improving operational efficiency. Map data is fundamental to many of the core capabilities of SpatialFX(R), the geospatial development and deployment platform that serves as the basis for ObjectFX solutions in transportation, supply chain management, defense, intelligence, and general enterprise systems.

NAVTEQ map data contributes to the successful deployment of geospatial solutions by employing one of the industry's most comprehensive development and quality control programs to ensure the highest levels of quality and precision. From turn restrictions and relative road crossing heights, to road segment access restrictions, one-way streets and speed categories. NAVTEQ data captures up to 160 attributes.
