Altiris(R) Software Virtualization Solution(TM) Takes Top Honors As Best New Product at Microsoft Management Summit 2006

Altiris Inc. (Nasdaq: ATRS), a pioneer of service-oriented management software, today announced that Altiris(R) Software Virtualization Solution(TM) (SVS) has won Best New Product honors at Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2006. SVS was chosen for this prestigious acknowledgement by editors of Windows IT Pro Magazine.

SVS helps to reduce support costs and streamline software operations by providing faster, simpler and more manageable deployment of desktop applications. SVS helps eliminate application conflicts and delivers instant application activation, deactivation and reset capabilities.
