Blue Coat Selects Servigistics for Service Parts Management

Blue Coat chose the Servigistics solution as part of its core infrastructure designed to manage the company's rapidly growing service business. The Servigistics solution will help Blue Coat reduce inventory, while working to meet the company's customer commitments. Hosted by Servigistics and being delivered on-demand, the Servigistics solution will be integrated with Blue Coat's existing Siebel system.
