The Citrix Online Group of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), the global leader in access infrastructure solutions, today announced the opening of a sales office in Tempe near PHOENIX to support the company's aggressive growth strategy.

"Our award-winning suite of real-time access and collaboration services continues to enjoy tremendous demand, growing at a rate of 55% year-over-year," said Brett Caine, the company's group vice president and general manager. "The growth in mobile working, coupled with the escalating trend for software-as-a-service solutions, positions us extremely well for even greater leadership."

AMI Partners, a leading industry analyst firm, forecasts continued growth and market acceptance of the software-as-a-service model. "The software as a service or pay as you grow model for applications, including CRM, HR, accounting and collaboration services, offers businesses of all sizes a better way to do more with less," said Laurie McCabe, vice president of AMI partners. "Companies such as Citrix Online will realize even greater growth as they lead with a new breed of productivity applications that empower professionals to instantly access information and collaborate on the go."

"We're thrilled to be part of the greater Phoenix business community and look forward to providing career opportunities to motivated people in the region who will help us achieve our market potential," said Caine. Citrix Online will continue to employ sales teams at its headquarters in Santa Barbara, Calif. and in key regions throughout the U.S and internationally.
