NORTH CANTON, Ohio, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Screen content. Security agents. Electronic journal retrieval. These are just a few items on a growing list of responsibilities for network managers overseeing the multiple layers of a self-service delivery channel. Diebold, Incorporated simplifies the management of the automated teller machine (ATM) channel with its new ATM Office Suite(TM), a comprehensive collection of server-based software modules.
Through the development and implementation assistance of Diebold Professional Services, ATM Office Suite enables financial institutions to more effectively manage multiple aspects of the ATM channel. Enabled by Agilis(R), Diebold's open, multivendor terminal software, ATM Office Suite includes five individual modules: Campaign Office(TM), ATM Journal Office(TM), Remote Office(TM), ATM Management Office(TM) and ATM Security Office(TM). Modules are designed to be scalable to networks of any size, and the entire solution can be tailored to meet the needs of a financial institution's individual system.
"As a leading solutions provider for the financial self-service market, it's imperative that we supply our customers with tools to help them maximize their ATM channel," said Chuck Ducey, Diebold's vice president of global development and service. "Diebold ATM Office Suite provides best-in-class tools to manage and enhance the entire ATM network, resulting in greater efficiencies, reduced costs and more opportunities for revenue growth."
Campaign Office(TM) is a server-based solution that provides enhanced ATM screen content through the use of Web browser-based screens within Windows(R)- based ATM networks. From marketing that's based on bank identification numbers (BINs) to identification of foreign users, Campaign Office helps financial institutions generate revenue and personalize the ATM experience with messages targeted directly to segments of consumers.
Remote Office(TM) provides customized, remote-control software that allows a financial institution to access its ATMs through a central location. The solution provides support for remote troubleshooting, file management and asset reporting, allowing institutions to save time and money by identifying problems before they occur.
ATM Security Office(TM) helps financial institutions build the appropriate firewall for their networks. ATM Security Office is a two-tiered network solution for monitoring and managing installed security agents within an ATM network. It includes Diebold's ATM Security Assessment and Sygate(R) Management Server Deployment Program.
ATM Management Office(TM) is a server-based solution that provides software modules to integrate asset and site management, financial analysis and cash and event management from a centralized database. Established controls reduce cost, increase efficiency and analyze network performance. The solution can be deployed in multiple-vendor environments.
ATM Journal Office(TM) delivers a solution for interacting with electronic journal data. Browser-based modules allow users to retrieve, view, transfer and manage electronic journal files, resulting in prompt resolution to inquiries regarding specific ATM transactions.
Recognizing that each financial institution's business needs are unique, Diebold designed its ATM Office Suite modules to be tailored for flexible implementation into everyday processes and the ATM network. Modules can be purchased individually or as a package. And with development and implementation support from Diebold Professional Services, ATM Office Suite is easy to implement across an ATM network. Diebold designs, tests and implements security-based features and provides full training on most ATM Office Suite modules.
