StillSecure(R) Supports Trusted Computing Group's Trusted Network Connect Initiative

StillSecure, provider of an award-winning integrated suite of enterprise network security solutions, today announced its support for the Trusted Computing Group (TCG)'s Trusted Network Connect (TNC) initiative. TNC is a sub group within the TCG that has defined and released an open architecture and a growing set of specifications for endpoint integrity. StillSecure is working to incorporate the TNC specifications into Safe Access, the company's network access control solution.
Safe Access is a flexible, infrastructure-agnostic network access control solution that integrates with the core IT environment using the Safe Access Enterprise Integration Framework(TM). Safe Access and TNC are based on an open framework, enabling interoperability between agents, servers, switches, firewalls, and VPN gateways. The similarity between the Safe Access and TNC architectures makes it easier for StillSecure to implement the TNC specification. Full support of the specification is expected by the end of 2006.
