Transportation and Logistics Industry Leaders Share Customer Best Practices and Ways to Overcome Industry Challenges at I2 Planet 2006

Companies leveraging i2 transportation and distribution management solutions will convene at i2 Planet 2006 to share industry challenges, best practices and strategies for excelling in today's competitive marketplace.

i2 Planet 2006 will feature a focused industry session on transportation and logistics enabling attendees to experience a more customized learning opportunity during the event. This industry session will focus on current logistics trends, next-generation transportation management solutions, and industry best practices. Presentations from Penske Logistics and i2 will highlight current industry challenges and best practices for overcoming those challenges. Also during this time, Greg Aimi of AMR Research will discuss industry trends and solution adoption, with a focus on global logistics. The session will close with a panel discussion featuring AMR Research, i2, Michaels Stores, and Penske Logistics, and will be moderated by Dan Gilmore of Supply Chain Digest.

Breakout sessions during the event will also feature some of i2's leading transportation and logistics customers sharing case studies on topics such as optimization, logistics network design, and executing high volume shipment environments. Customers such as Ryder, Linens 'n Things, Nestle, QVC and Gap Inc. will share their experiences leveraging i2 transportation and distribution management solutions.
