NaviSite, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVI), a leading provider of IT hosting, outsourcing and professional services for mid- to large-sized organizations, today announced Application Management Services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. NaviSite's Application Management Services for Microsoft CRM include 24x7 Level 2 and 3 application support; routine patch, fix, and service pack management; application maintenance/tuning and database management; complete monitoring and management of the application infrastructure; and disaster recovery capabilities - all delivered from NaviSite's SAS 70 Type II certified environment.

"NaviSite was one of the first service providers to roll out Microsoft CRM 1.0 in a hosted model, and we are continuing in this tradition with Microsoft CRM 3.0," said Adrian Rand, VP of Product Management, NaviSite, Inc. "We believe there are many significant new features in Microsoft CRM 3.0 that our current and future customers will take advantage of."

NaviSite also participated in Microsoft's Technology Adoption Program, part of the Microsoft Early Adopter Program, for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers. NaviSite is one of only several service providers selected as a participant in this program. As part of the Technology Adoption Program, NaviSite worked directly with Microsoft to provide first-hand feedback on the technology and best practices for implementation and management of Microsoft's hosted CRM 3.0 edition. Microsoft also provided in-depth support, access to lab and engineering resources, and training to support the initial rollout of the hosted Microsoft CRM 3.0 solution.

In addition to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NaviSite continues to offer Application Management Services across the Microsoft Dynamics software suite, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL. NaviSite is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Microsoft Business Solutions and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions.
