Time Warner Inc. And Time Warner Cable to Host Investor Day

Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX) and Time Warner Cable will host a Webcast of its Time Warner Cable Investor Day beginning at 8:00 am ET on May 10, 2006. The Webcast is scheduled to run from 8:00 am to approximately 12:30 pm.

You are invited to listen to a live audio Webcast by visiting our Web site at www.timewarner.com/investors. Please log on at least ten minutes before the Webcast is scheduled to begin to ensure you are connected in time for the start.

The slide presentations can be viewed throughout the Webcast and will be automatically advanced for your convenience.
