CPU TECH Awarded Follow-on Production Subcontract By BAE Systems for Bradley Combat Systems Position Interface Box (PIB)

CPU TECH, an innovator of high performance, System-on-Chip (SoC) based design solutions, announced today the company has received a follow on production subcontract from BAE Systems for Bradley Combat Systems vehicle Turret Drive Position Interface Box (PIB) control systems.

The new PIB systems will be installed in remanufactured and upgraded Bradley A3 Vehicles at BAE Systems in York, Pennsylvania. CPU TECH began providing Bradley Position Interface Box two years ago with a modern System on Chip (SoC)-based PIB that is smaller, lighter, more reliable and lower cost than earlier systems.
