Multi-Factor Authentication Names Leading Industry Executives to Corporate Advisory Board; New Security Authentication Provider to Focus on Growth Strategies, Expansion

Multi-Factor Authentication Inc. (MFA), a new provider of cost-effective and secure end-user authentication solutions for online transactions, today announced the company's new corporate advisory board which includes executives from Microsoft, Cisco, eCredit and Morgan Stanley among others.
The new Multi-Factor Authentication advisory board will work with the company's senior management team on funding issues, product development and marketing, technology partnerships and distribution growth.

The Multi-Factor Authentication Corporate Advisory Board consists of: Matt Kestian, Microsoft; Mark Lambiase, Cisco; Robert Denton, formerly with Morgan Stanley; Jeff Dickerson, eCredit; Ed Jackowiak, Avatier Identity Management Services; and data security expert Rick Lowe.
Matt Kestian, Technical Director for Microsoft's Technology Team and the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) -- Kestian manages the MTC in Irvine and delivers engagements around infrastructure, operations and security. He has more than 11 years of IT experience focusing on secure infrastructures and operations. Kestian joined Microsoft in January 2000 as a consultant on the E-Commerce team focused on infrastructure, operations and security. At the MTC, Kestian is responsible for driving the Security Practice nationally. He is a member of Microsoft's Security Content Review Board and has reviewed many of Microsoft's most acknowledged security guidance including Windows 2003 Security Guide (IPSec) and The Administrator Accounts Security Planning Guide. Kestian holds a CISSP, a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University (ISU). Kestian is an active participant on the United States Secret Service, Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force (CECTF) and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
Mark Lambiase, Network Security Analyst, Cisco Systems -- Lambiase is a Cisco network security analyst and has helped guide Multi-Factor Authentication with development of a deployable and maintainable SSL VPN solution. In addition, Lambiase is regarded as an expert in public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies and has unique insight in network utilization and in traditional PKI deployments. Lambiase is a respected security engineer in the network field for more than 10 years. He previously held network security positions at Broadcom and was recruited by Cisco to help architect secure network infrastructures for customers.
Jeff Dickerson, Chief Executive Officer, eCredit -- Dickerson is responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of eCredit, the leading provider of online solutions for credit and collections professionals. In his previous capacity as president, Dickerson managed sales, marketing and professional services for eCredit. He has more than 20 years of executive experience at various technology companies, including senior management positions with MCK Communications, VMARK Software, Parametric Technology (PTC), and Prime Computer.
Ed Jackowiak, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Avatier Identity Management Services -- Jackowiak has 15 years of competitive multinational software company experience, with the past seven years focused on security where he has a proven sales and executive management record. He's built and developed new sales strategies for emerging markets and assembled and led experienced sales and engineering teams. Jackowiak is currently vice president of worldwide sales at Avatier, an industry-leading identity management software company. Previously, he led the East Coast North American sales operation for Netegrity, a leading provider of identity and access management software solutions. During his tenure, Netegrity's yearly revenues went from zero to $34 million. Jackowiak is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned degrees in finance, management and business administration.
Rick Lowe, Network Security Expert -- Lowe is considered one of the top identity and access management engineers in the world. Lowe was the key security engineer for architecture, customization and implementation for many of the authentication, access, and identity management deployments at the largest financial institutions in America including five of the world's top 10 banks. Lowe's specialty is understanding enterprise security requirements and matching them with appropriate technologies for authentication, access and identity integration. Lowe provides Multi-Factor Authentication with real-world design and integration insights to leading Web platforms, business-critical applications, identity management and database integration.
Robert Denton, Former Senior Vice President, Global Private Client Group, Morgan Stanley -- Currently a full-time financial advisor for high net worth clients, Denton was most recently the head of the Morgan Stanley Rancho Santa Fe Branch, managing 45 people and $6 billion in client assets. He was previously a branch manager and account executive with Dean Witter, managing $100 million in client assets from 1975 to 2006. Denton holds advanced degrees from Emory University and served two tours of duty as a junior officer in Vietnam. He is listed in "Who's Who in Finance," serves on several charity boards, and is a board member for Selective Service, North San Diego County.
