Knology to Present at the Wachovia Securities 2006 Media and Communications Investor Conference; Presentation to Broadcast Live Over the Internet

Knology, Inc. (NASDAQ: KNOL) today announced that M. Todd Holt, Chief Financial Officer of Knology, Inc., will give a Company presentation at the Wachovia Securities 2006 Media and Communications Investor Conference on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 3:45 p.m. Eastern Time. The presentation will include a discussion of the Company's strategic objectives, as well as an overview of its past financial performance.
