AT&T Provides Network Integration Solution for WMS Gaming

WAUKEGAN, Ill., May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AT&T Inc. announced today that it has implemented a network integration project with WMS Gaming to provide Avaya Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), multiple switches and access points, as well as engineering and consulting services. As a leader in the gaming supplier industry, WMS Gaming designs, manufactures and distributes gaming machines and video lottery terminals. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
AT&T's solution enables WMS Gaming to prepare for the opening of its new facility in Las Vegas. AT&T coordinated the purchase and installation of the Avaya equipment, including PBX and phone equipment. By leveraging AT&T's network integration services in this new facility, WMS Gaming will enhance customer service, reduce business costs and raise brand loyalty.

In the future, AT&T is looking to continue business with WMS Gaming through ongoing network integration projects. The company has plans to introduce high speed voice and data Internet Protocol (IP) solutions based on AT&T's industry-leading Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) platform which prioritizes and directs network traffic efficiently and cost-effectively.
