D-Link's Internet Security Cameras Win DICE Award From Digital Connect Magazine

LAS VEGAS, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- D-Link, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumers and business, has been honored with the first-ever Digital Integration Channel Excellence (DICE) award as a premier vendor of quality Internet security cameras.

The DICE awards are sponsored by Digital Connect Magazine, one of CMP Media's key publications for value-added resellers, system integrators and others who service the digital home, small office/home office and small business markets.

The awards are the culmination of a recent survey of more than 250 solution providers who were asked to identify the vendors with whom they have strong business relationships and who provided the most information and assistance in enabling IP connectivity in the home and office.

Among the highest rated vendors selected for the "Overall DICE Awards", D-Link took top honors in the "premise security cameras" category for its entire line of Internet Protocol (IP) security cameras, including the award-winning D-Link SecureCam wireless 802.11g camera with 10x optical zoom and pan/tilt features (DCS-6620G).

According to Keith Newman, the magazine's chief strategist, D-Link and the winning vendors represent the "best of the best by the solution providers and VARs who recommend them to their customers." Digital Connect's Editor Jeff O'Heir added: "this study will become the benchmark to evaluate channel vendors."
