IDT Entertainment's Anchor Bay Entertainment Adds Bill Clark to Roster As Executive Vice President and General Manager

IDT Entertainment today announced the appointment of entertainment industry veteran Bill Clark to the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Anchor Bay Entertainment, the company's home entertainment division. Mr. Clark has previously held senior level operating positions at EMI Recorded Music, Universal Studios Home Video Worldwide, Walt Disney Studios, CBS, Spelling Entertainment and Ventura Entertainment Enterprises. In this new position, Mr. Clark will oversee IDT Entertainment's home entertainment business and the day-to-day operations of Anchor Bay Entertainment and its anime subsidiary, Manga Entertainment. He will report directly to IDT Entertainment's COO, John Hyde.

Bill Clark has a wide array of industry experience that spans over 20 years in all aspects of the media and entertainment business. As COO and CFO of Ventura Entertainment Enterprises, he developed and launched the company's rental strategy and was a key member of the team involved in packaging and integrating its purchased assets with First Look Studios. Prior to Ventura, he served in numerous senior operating, COO and CFO roles with EMI Recorded Music, The Walt Disney Studios, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Spelling Entertainment and CBS. He also served as CFO and COO for Spelling Entertainment Group, managing the global business of its eight distinct business units. Mr. Clark was Senior Vice President Finance for The Walt Disney Studios and a key member of the team for several film financing arrangements. At CBS, he acted as Director of Planning and was involved in the company's MOW and episodic television production initiatives as well as the expansion of the company's record division internationally.
