Avectra Announces netFORUM On-Site Registration System

Avectra, the leading provider of 100 percent Web-based association management software solutions, announced today the availability of the netFORUM Kiosk, an on-site registration system that dramatically improves the event registration process. The netFORUM Kiosk is a fully integrated hardware and software package that allows event attendees to register and print badges; access schedules, session descriptions, and speaker biographies; and print out area maps and other important event-related information.

The netFORUM Kiosk is fast and secure. Event attendees simply swipe a credit card or driver's license to confirm their identity and access event information in seconds. The Kiosk is capable of processing 250 pre-registrants per hour, reducing the number of staff needed at the registration desk. The exterior of the kiosk, as well as the terminal screen, can be customized with graphics and logos from sponsors, generating lucrative premium sponsorship fees.
