Posted on: Wednesday, 31 May 2006, 18:00 CDT
Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB:SSSU) www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, http://sssu1.blogspot.com and Blue Box entertainment, www.blueboxent.tv, as part of our restructuring announce the international online film and music festival. We are seeking product placement sponsors for global exposure of brands.
International Online Film Festival:
Silver Screen Studios along with its joint venture partner Blue Box Entertainment announces their first international online film festival. The online film festival will be streamed around the world on broadband internet TV and will feature e-commerce via paid ads using the Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) Adsense and Adword advertisement program. The e-commerce will allow the festival to make a revenue stream from advertisements placed on the festival's sites and blogs.
We are seeking entries in all categories and will have a mobile category where the film will be limited to 2 minutes in length. A website is being developed with details of the festival and the entry form will be posted on the site once completed.
International Online Music Festival:
We are seeking the signed as well unsigned music artists for inclusion in our online music festival. The unsigned artist will be eligible for an online digital distribution deal with SSSG Distribution Group and video support via Blue Box Entertainment. We are seeking music in all genres and from all countries. More details will be provided once finalized.
Entertainment Industry Investment Banking Unit:
Due to the volume of transactions we are being presented with, it is necessary that we have a formal structure in place to analyze the opportunity and determine what is in our best interest to pursue. Accordingly, we have formed an entertainment industry banking unit with the expertise to analyze a deal and render an unbiased opinion.
SSSU Business Model:
Several major companies have recently undergone restructurings: Viacom, (NYSE:VIA), splitting into two separate companies, Apple Computer, (NASDAQ:AAPL) with the sale of Pixar Entertainment to Disney (NYSE:DIS). We have based our investment banking unit on the Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) business model incorporating vertical integration.
