Tri Counties Bank to Improve Online Banking Services

California-based Tri Counties Bank has selected Corillian to provide online banking, online payment and anti-fraud services to its customers.
Tri Counties Bank will leverage the Corillian consumer banking application to deliver enhanced, real-time online banking services to its customer base. Included in the new service will be 'Personal Money Manager' (PMM), a transaction reporting and analysis solution, and a Spanish version of its online banking site.
Tri Counties Bank will also use Corillian's 'Intelligent Authentication' solution to provide its customers with enhanced online security features to protect their financial assets and ensure that Tri Counties Bank complies with the new FFIEC guidelines for stronger online banking authentication.
"The real-time reporting, multi-lingual capabilities and authentication technology available from Corillian will enable us to deliver enhanced online banking services to our customers in the online channel," said said Rick Smith, president and CEO of Tri Counties Bank.
With Corillian consumer banking, Tri Counties Bank's online customers will be able to view all accounts in real-time, track spending across categories, receive alerts on account activity, transfer funds and pay bills. Corillian's Intelligent Authentication will provide an additional layer of authentication to help protect online accounts from fraudulent access.
