Integrated Media Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IMHI) announced today that its subsidiary, Endavo Media and Communications, Inc., has executed a Master Services Agreement with 1Hope4All, LLC to deploy "Hope On-Demand" broadband video service using the EnHance content delivery solution.
Hope On-Demand will leverage Endavo's EnHance 2.0 solution, to capture and store 1Hope4All's self produced or aggregated media into the Endavo digital media ecosystem, enabling media delivery to broadband-connected, Seventh-day Adventist and Christian users worldwide. EnHance delivers DVD-quality video, audio or any form of digital media to end users at a fraction of traditional distribution costs through grid distribution, dormant bandwidth and unused PC storage capacity. This distribution method optimizes fast delivery to end-users without buffering or stuttering. EnHance 2.0 provides a more interactive experience to users with its new Media Manager and interactive media and advertising platforms, designed to keep viewer's attention longer and provoke interaction.
"We are pleased to offer a solution that enables 1Hope4All to focus on improving and marketing their services to prospective members without worrying about the pieces that need to come together to make it all work," stated Mario Pino, Endavo's VP of Entertainment and Media. "We have come a long way in the development of our digital media solutions. EnHance 2.0 positions Endavo as a leader in broadband media service delivery."
1Hope4All has aggregated approximately 250 hours of religious programming to date, with hundreds of hours now coming in each month. The service will be offered for free through October 2006. Users who wish to continue receiving the Hope On-Demand service will pay an annual fee of only $36-$48 per year. The service will be promoted through various Seventh-day Adventist Church and Christian web portals, conferences and events and individual churches worldwide. Hope On-Demand will also serve as an effective marketing tool for individual Seventh-day Adventist churches around the world to upload and deliver programming to a central portal from their individual churches, offering on-demand global and local programming to their congregation.
In addition to the primary 1Hope4All's target market of over 14 million Seventh-day Adventists worldwide, Hope On-Demand will be made available to individuals interested in learning about the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and those looking for high-quality Christian-based music videos, inspirational speakers, global humanitarian missions, and other Christian-based programming.
"We chose Endavo because they allowed us to focus our resources on our ministry: the aggregation of thousands of hours of quality programming produced by local churches, laypersons, and organizations across the entire Seventh-day Adventist Church and making that content available on-demand to anyone that wishes to access it," said Casio Jones, President of 1Hope4All, LLC.
"The worldwide Seventh-day Adventist community is an ideal market for our EnHance 2.0 distribution platform," said I-Media CEO, Paul D. Hamm. "The 'push' platform provides an excellent way for the community to become more connected and serves as a cost-effective, practical tool for promoting a spiritual lifestyle."
