Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary Air Water Corporation, Hosts Private Exhibition in Washington, DC for Government Officials, Senators and Congressmen to Introduce Air Water Machines and Systems on Monday &Amp; Tuesday June 12th and 13th, 2

Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: UCSY) (Berlin-Bremen: UVC) (XETRA: UVC) (Frankfurt: UVC) (Munich: UVC) (WKN: 917633) subsidiary Air Water Corporation company president Michael Zwebner announced today that the company was hosting a Special Private Exhibition in Washington, DC on Monday and Tuesday the 12th and 13th of June 2006. Attending will be a select number of US Government Officials, Senators and Congressmen, as well as a number of important attorneys and lobbyists.

Potential for US Foreign Aid Policies

Mr. Zwebner stated: "We are planning to show the US Government officials and representatives as well as other key policy makers our unique Air to Water capabilities, and the endless possibilities our Air Water range of machines can offer. Our desire would be for US Foreign policies to include 'Air Water Aid' as a specific policy of US Aid, to help alleviate world suffering especially in countries and continents suffering from severe water shortages."

Air Water AW 1000M featured on CNN and CNBC

Following the recent First International Air Water World Conference held in Mumbai, India, the company and the AW 1000M Mobile Air Water machine were featured on a special program on CNBC and CNN, which was broadcast extensively in India and parts of Asia.
