Teradata and BEZ Systems Join to Provide Comprehensive Performance and Capacity Management Solution

DAYTON, Ohio and CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2003--Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), and BEZ Systems, Inc. announced today they have signed a worldwide agreement effective immediately in which Teradata will resell BEZ's award-winning strategic performance management software, BEZPlus.
