Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives $1.1 Million Order for Satcom High Power Amplifiers

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq: CMTL) announced today that its Melville, New York-based subsidiary, Comtech PST Corp., received a $1.1 million order for high power amplifiers from a leading OEM in aviation electronics and communication systems.
These amplifiers are utilized as part of satellite communications systems which provide mobile airborne-to-satellite-to-ground communications service. The systems provide operators with the ability to access Inmarsat's Aero-H and Aero-I service for aeronautical satellite communications with multi-channel voice, fax and data capabilities. This order supplements a significant installed base of over 2,200 Comtech high power amplifiers previously delivered to this customer.
