TV Guide SPOT(TM) Launches Nationwide Search for the Best Digital Video Content Created By TV Fans

TV Guide SPOT(TM), one of the fastest growing video-on-demand networks (VOD) with approximately 20 million subscribers, is launching a new nationwide campaign that encourages TV fans to submit a short video clip about their favorite shows, hidden gems and other TV moments. "TV Guide SPOTTERS" capitalizes on the widespread popularity of user-generated video content, allowing fans to express their enthusiasm for television. TV Guide SPOT will select the best SPOTTERS submissions to air on its VOD network.

Starting today, fans can participate in "TV Guide SPOTTERS" by visiting http://www.tvguide.com/spot/. Users must submit a digital video that is between 1-5 minutes in length. Other rules and requirements are posted in the submission guidelines.
TV Guide SPOT, TV Guide Channel's VOD network, has become a valued service with cable operators, allowing digital subscribers to sample, catch-up, and preview the best of television through its original, "bite-size" programming.
