Telecom Communications, Inc. Announces Major Success

NEW YORK, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telecom Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TCOM) announced today that its focus in marketing and promotion of the SMS and MMS contents and services in the past 6 months has been achieving major success. Telecom Communications China operations has acquired more than 6 million subscribers through cooperation with its partners, such as Service Providers of China Mobile Communications Corp, China Unicom and China Telecom.

The SMS/MMS Information Manager System software has generated sales via revenue sharing model with service providers. The SMS/MMS Call Center CRM System (Enterprise version) for the corporate users has been launched few months ago. The result of this system is created positively influencing the implementation of our networks and has created major profit center that will allow the company to grow exponentially. This product will be generating revenue from Corporate users, by charging and annual service fee and will be helpful in increasing SMS/MMS end users (mobile users) and charging a subscription fee.

TCOM will continue to team up with strategic partners to further expand the market share and value added products, which are being searched to increase the company's value. TCOM also announced today that it has disposed its subsidiary, Panyu No.6 Construction Company, because of the unsatisfactory performance and unparallel business scope of the company after a board meeting was held in Panyu. The management of TCOM stressed that it planed to concentrate its resources in the expanding market of over 255 million mobile users in China.
