Ixia to Report Second Quarter Results on July 20, 2006; Conference Call to Be Accessible Live at Www.Ixiacom.Com

Ixia (Nasdaq:XXIA), today announced that it will report financial results for its second quarter on July 20 after the market closes.
The Company will host a conference call for analysts and investors to discuss its quarterly results at 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, July 20, 2006. Open to the public, a live Web cast of the conference call will be accessible from the "Investors" section of the Company's Web site (www.ixiacom.com). Following the live Web cast, an archived version will be available on the Ixia website.
To participate in the conference you will need a recent version of Netscape or Internet Explorer, a multimedia computer, and Real Player (which you can download for free at www.real.com).
