ETI Software Solutions Appoints Christopher J. Beisner As Director Of Program Management

NORCROSS, GA, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ETI Software Solutions, Inc. (ETI) (http://www.etisoftware.com/), a leading developer of broadband automation software facilitating the triple play services of video, telephone and Internet, has appointed Christopher J. Beisner as Director of Program Management. In this newly created role with the company, Mr. Beisner will be responsible for deploying major programs targeted to tier one triple play carriers worldwide.

Mr. Beisner joins ETI after a long and varied tour of duty with CSG Systems, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska, where he started as an Account Specialist 10 years ago. From there he became Senior Addressability Specialist, responsible for ongoing support of technical interfaces such as addressable controllers and protocol converters. Later roles at CSG included Project Manager for the company's HITS digital interface and Scientific- Atlanta digital interface, Interface Consultant and Product Component Manager. Most recently he was a Lead Product Manager for CSG. At CSG, he was responsible for setting product strategy for next generation Broadband Services in CSG's mainframe-based Customer Care & Billing platform with a primary focus on Interactive Television, VoIP as well as the company's HSD interface products.

CableBridge, ETI's flagship product, is a stand-alone UNIX-based system that manages broadband services such as subscription video, pay-per-view (PPV), video-on-demand (VOD) and DOCSIS 1.1 cable modem services. It is designed to allow the introduction of subscriber addressability and PPV event management into existing billing systems while providing the necessary interfaces to facilitate convergent billing and automate broadband service provisioning.

Mr. Beisner's education includes an MS Management Information Systems at the University of Nebraska.
