LifeTree Joins Microsoft Certified Partner Program

LifeTree Technology LLC, a member of the FFF Enterprises family of companies, today announced that it has become a Microsoft Certified Partner. Designation as a Certified Partner is based on the technology and clinical applications associated with LifeTree's electronic data capture (EDC) platform, ICTM. Microsoft and LifeTree will work together to provide solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, and contract research organizations to help them accelerate the clinical trials process. ¶"When customers want to implement a Microsoft technology solution for their business, their best bet is to turn to an expert -- a Microsoft Certified Partner," said Allison Watson, vice president of the worldwide partner sales and marketing group at Microsoft. "Microsoft provides its Certified Partners with in-depth access to existing and emerging Microsoft technologies, and related training and resources to help ensure that they have the technical intimacy needed to deliver quality solutions
. Today, Microsoft recognizes LifeTree for demonstrating this level of expertise and welcomes it as a new Microsoft Certified Partner."¶ Philip D. Quarles, LifeTree's chief information officer, said: "LifeTree ICTM 4.1 is an EDC system built entirely on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Windows Advanced Server, SQL Server 2000 Enterprises Edition, the .NET Framework, Internet Information Services, Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
