New Service Automates Data Transfer

Box Office Tickets Inc. has enhanced its boxofficetickets.com(R) event management services with RoBOT Sync(TM) -- a web services application that allows its customers to poll Box Office Tickets servers for transaction information related to their accounts.

Event and fund-raising organizations, which rely on boxofficetickets.com(R) to process orders and deliver other services related to their events, can use RoBOT Sync(TM) to automatically download information from boxofficetickets.com(R) into their own database.

From database-to-database

Clients must sign agreements to honor any non-solicitation and privacy requests before data is released. For added security, credit card information is masked, communication is password protected and all content is encrypted through SSL.
