With this solution, call center agents automatically receive a screen pop-up detailing pertinent customer information at the same time the call is routed by TeleVantage. Real-time integration between TeleVantage and the Response backend database virtually eliminates the extra time and effort normally required to retrieve and update customer information, enabling businesses to increase productivity and customer service while reducing call times and costs.
