WHAT: Intel Corporation will launch the Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor families with a press and analyst event at one of the cores of Silicon Valley - Intel headquarters. Intel and several computer companies will show off smarter, faster, more efficient laptop and desktop PCs powered by the revolutionary new dual-core processors. Presentations by top executives from Intel and its partners will illustrate the new ways everyone -- from a 10-year-old-boy to his business-owner mom to his 70-year-old grandfather -- can learn, work, create, communicate and have fun. New experiences possible only with computers powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processors.
