Voice & Data Networks, Inc. (VDN) is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of AccuWare Inc, Blaine, Minnesota, a leading network solutions company focusing on; data networking, inter-networking, network security, wireless, Microsoft workstation and server solutions.
Since most businesses are looking to simplify their vendor environment, preferring fewer rather than more players, the purchase of AccuWare will provide customers with a single stop shopping experience.
Brian Plendl, President of AccuWare says: "Our existing customers have just enhanced their ability to move in to the world of converged communications. In addition to upgrading their current support structure, a whole new division of voice expertise has just been added to the customers menu of choices. As business applications continue to drive the markets desire for services, we are now perfectly positioned to help the customer move their business seamlessly in to the next stage of converged communications."
For the past eleven years VDN has maintained a customer centric view in their approach to making communications applications return profitability and efficiencies to their customers.
Joe Hines, owner and CEO says: "As our customers requirements continue to evolve towards converged voice, data, and communication applications, we are taking yet another step forward to meet those needs. Our acquisition of AccuWare Inc. augments our ability to provide voice applications across a homogeneous data network. Additionally, enterprise class data communications, wireless, server, and security can now be serviced entirely by VDN's design, implementation, support, and maintenance engine. As we worked with AccuWare over the years, we realized that our companies delivered nearly identical approaches to our customers." It's about doing the right thing for the customer" kept being iterated by both AccuWare and VDN employees. "This culture fit is a lay-up!" Accuware services will continue to be sold under their current product names through the new Voice & Data Networks, Inc. sales organization, and a calculated transition will ensure a smooth customer experience.
