United Online Selects Sprint for Dial-Up Internet Access Service

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprint today announced a multi-year agreement with United Online, Inc. a leading provider of value-priced Internet-access services, to provide Dial Internet Protocol Services. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Westlake Village, Calif., United Online has built a customer base of over 5.4 million subscribers through its NetZero, Juno and BlueLight Internet brands as of March 31, 2004. With its services available in more than 6,500 cities across the United States and in Canada, United Online turned to Sprint for a top-quality network that had the necessary coverage and support it needed.
